Laptop will not boot unless you load boot menu and select hard drive in bios and operating system will start

Recently couple days back my laptop just restarted and after turning on i just see the dell logo a loading box in the bottom and 2 options F2 n F12. To boot my laptop i need to select f12 n select my hard drive. And after it boots up i can't click on any icon if i click it'll open multiple windows. I need to press f5 on keyboard then it'll work fine. This is very annoying. Can anybody help. Couldn't find any solution fr this either on Google or anywhere else.

May we know the complete specification of your PC? But here are some troubleshooting steps you can try also.
- When Windows is loaded do run Windows Update and install all updates available.
- Next is to load into BIOS and set it to default by pressing F9.
- Do check the manufacturer site for any BIOS update as well and install it.
- Last resort would be to run a clean install of Windows 10 that may help in solving the issue.

Tried clean install of downgraded to 8.1 n checked too but same problem. All drivers up to date. No idea wats causing problem.
