What is the best GPU that can Crysis 3 at Very High Settings in a 1366 X 768 ?

For 768p a GTX 960 2GB or a AMD R9 380/380x (2/4GB) These cards can run the game at max. If you don't want any fps drops what so ever, because there still are some very graphically intensive scenes, so a 380x should do you a solid 60fps
