Stuck on windows 10 logo during first time install via CD and USB (SOLVED)

When using a USB Flashdrive (sandisk) loaded with windows (using the windows 10 tool) or using the install CD (which apparently had a few small scuff marks) install gets stuck immediately at the windows 10 logo with nothing else going on. We've let it hang for a few hours to no avail, only once did we get anything else and it was a blue screen with an error message we werent able to jot down because it restarted to fast.

Please do try creating a fresh copy of bootable Windows 10 USB.

The solution- we decided to try all the boot options available and one of them actually threw an error (kernel check failure), from that we deduced that the issue was caused by a stick of dead or bad RAM, we ended up trying a different stick which solved the issue and allowed us to install.
