How to connect Xbox 360 to PC, but my PC monitor doesn't have a HDMI port?

I have a Xbox 360 that I want to connect but my PC monitor doesn't have a HDMI port. It only has VGA and DVI. My CPU does have a HDMI port. Will I need to buy something? How can I make this work?

why are you trying to connect your xbox 360 to your pc? can get a dvi to hdmi adapter as I'm using 1 right now till I find my hdmi cable that came from a customer.

1. You can buy a DVI to HDMI adapter or cable. However you'll need to get sound out somehow. You can try to use the xbox 360 audio breakout cable that has the optical and RCA audio ports. Use a 3.5mm to RCA cable to hook sound into your mic port.
