Windows 10 Blue Screen on startup after first time install

Last weekend I built my first PC but when I went to install windows 7 I was getting the message that the CD/DVD is missing a required driver. So I got a windows 10 install usb from my school and tried to install that onto my ssd. I managed to install it and then restarted my computer as the installer said to do. However when it finished restarting it just went to a blue screen. I tried multiple times of removing the old windows files and re installing it but i only got more blue screens with varying error codes. Last night I tried installing it on my hard drive but still no luck. I will list the different error codes I have gotten below as well as my pc specs. Any recomendations would be helpful. Thanks.

0xc0000221
attempted_write_to_read_only
Boot Device not found
etc.
