I cant connect my TV "Samsung 55" 4K UHD LED Smart TV UE55JU6875XXE" to my computer. My Asus GeForce GTX 970 Strix DirectCU II graphic card have HDMI 2.0 and also TV has. The dealership gave me a UHD HDMI cable HAMA 2.0. so it should just be plug and play.. When i have it all connected the nvidia controll panel wont find it. But i find the monitor when i search for devices it shows as a multimedia device but not a monitor. Elsewhere i cant find the monitor in the other apps in Windows 10. It only finds my main pc monitor. At the TV screen its written no signal.

Hi,

First, make sure that your TV source is set to PC Mode. If that doesn't work do try to uninstall/reinstall the graphics card driver.
- Please do the clean method of install the graphics card.
- Here's the complete guide: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2767677/clean-graphics-driver-install-windows.html
- Once done make sure to set the correct resolution of your PC (3840x2160 at 30hz first and go to 60 and see if it will still support it).
- Press the Windows key + P at the same time and select between Extended or Duplicate display then press Enter.

Here are 2 more support links that may help.
