I already have one but this is the primary one and I would just connect it cause it will look cool ( if possible)

I an currently looking at gtx 960

HDMI is must, VGA good to have, DVI-D don't care much, display port would be nice

It costs around 27000rs probably due to tax. Look closer to 150$. Also by greater than 60hz I meant 60 hz or above. Thanks for your help. I'm on a tight budget.
