Windows 10 BSoD unmountable_boot_volume

Hello ^_^
My original os is win7 then i upgraded to 10... After a while of using it... It opens the Blue screen saying unmountable boot volume.. Also i dont have win7 cd since the os was built in...

Next i rebooted it, it says "preparing automatic repair" i tried to wait.. But after it says that, it goes to a black screen and nothing happens


Then i tried dloading the iso from the site and then burned it to a usb.. Then it says
Press any key to boot from USB
*presses any key*
BOOTMGR is missing
Press ctrl+alt+delete to restart

Is the problem in the usb or it just wont open because of the error?

I only have recovery disks on win7
My laptop is Vaio SVE111A11W
Cant open my laptop due to this so i cant really attach the needed files.. T^T

Can you please check this thread and see if the suggestions given there can help you resolve the issue?

If the problem still persists, you can try Resetting Windows 10 to Factory Settings (with or without removing your personal files).
