Why does YouTube look like this?

About a week ago I noticed youtube on my PC was acting weird. Video pages would load, but only basic html. It stopped and it's back and affecting more than just video pages...

Does anyone know what's happening?

Try clearing the browser cache, running browser without gpu acceleration and update gpu drivers.

Youtube with adblock is doing that to chrome right now. Pausing adblock seems to fix it. I haven't had issues before today.

ABP on firefox is still working fine. I have multiple browsers installed although chrome is my main one.
