Question regarding activation codes and Windows 10.

Hey guys, I'm new here so any help will be greatly appreciated!

Currently, I am running a non-activated version of Windows 10 Home on my built PC. I am in the retail channel. If I was to install, let's say, antivirus using a code that is for 3 PCs, if I clean re-install Windows 10 Home or install Windows 10 Pro with a product key, can I use the same antivirus code on this PC without it thinking it is a 'New PC'. What I'm trying to say is if I install Antivirus now on my pc that is non-genuine and install another version of windows that is genuine, will the antivirus code have used 2 out of the 3 PCs or only 1?

Using AV is subject to maker's rules, nothing to do with Windows.
Windows themselves and it's activation is based on MB. You may not have to reinstall windows either if you buy key for same version and activate with it.
