Single 980 run 3 4k monitors? [Non-gaming]

I want to get 3 4k IPS monitors for my workstation but I am concerned my 980 hydrocopper wouldn't push enough pixels. I will not be playing games (if I do its very rare and would only be using one display will be landscape and the other 2 will be portrait on either side).

Usage:
Primarily programming and web browsing
Web Design and some photo editing
Movies

Also, would I have a problem running this setup under Ubuntu? Currently I am running 3 crappy 1080p monitors under this same setup.

What exactly are you doing... Desktop use it would be fine...

It's more of whether he will get enough frames... I'd say yes unless you will be doing rendering, in which case to get another

I shouldn't ever have to do rendering.
