What PSU do you think would be the best for this GPU ? At the moment I have the Corsair VS550 ATX/EPS Vs Series 550 W 80 Plus Power Supply Unit picked out do you think this will be good enough and reliable ?

As long as you don't have an an FX 9xxx CPU, then yes. The R9 380 uses about 194W of power on stress. Your CPU will probably use 100W, and if you factor in other components that use the 12V rail, you need probably 350W-400W on the 12V rail. The Corsair VS meets these requirements, and has about 504W on the 12V rail, so realistically more like 460W.

if I'm correct though, Corsair VS probably uses Chinese capacitors, so I wouldn't want to strain them too much.

My CPU option is a Pentium G3258 as my budget has to stay within 500euro , Will upgrade later on in the year but thats the CPU I would use for now
