Windows 10 PC sleep issue! Please help!!!

So recently I decided to install an SSD in my main drive, and relocate my HDD to the optical drive location, however after doing so I ran into a majorly annoying problem. My laptop (an ASUS Q400A) running windows 10 home 64bit, will jump back and forth between sleep and waking up like it cant decide what it wants to do, all on its own. I could be in the process of start up and it could go to sleep or I could be browsing the internet and it could go to sleep and immediately wake back up and then go to sleep again! Its scaring the **** out of me and I'm concerned i'm not gunna be able to enjoy my laptop anymore if it keeps doing this. One observation is that the LED power indicator (has a symbol of a bulb on it) will flash simultaneously with the power button indicating its asleep, and the issue did not happen at all while running windows 10 on my HDD before the SSD install. Please, someone, anyone help mehhh!

Please follow these options to change the network settings.
1. go to control pannel.
2. click on power settings.
3.Click on advanced settings.
now you will able to see sleep mode selected. so you need to remove the sleep mode from there and click on apply changes then this will start working.
