Display Color Problem !

I was watching a movie this morning and after 30 mins. This happened to my monitor ..
I shutted down the PC and opened PES 2016 and the issue happened again .. Even while I was browsing the Internet, The issue happened .. I hope you find a solution for my problem
My GPU: NVIDIA GeForce G210
My OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Do you have onboard graphics with which to test if it's the nVidia card or the screen that's at fault?
