Acer H236HL Black screen only flashing blue light

I recently just bought an Acer H236HL monitor for my new computer build. Two days ago, I was just playing Counter Strike completely fine until my monitor just shut off. At first the monitor kept blinking the Acer logo while the in game noises were still active. I then turned off the monitor or so I thought and it then started to blink blue lights from the power indicator. Every time the monitor is plugged into a power source it blinks blue. It'll blink it even if it isn't connected to a computer? Any suggestions or solutions will be highly appreciated.

Try a different power cable, if it doesn't work then most likely your monitor is dead.
