Was Working fine, then suddenly slow.

Okay so i upgraded to windows 10 about 2 months ago or so, its been working fine until like day before yesterday, when i came back for helping my cousin move and it just did not want to do anything.

It suddenly started making even the smallest things make the disk run at 100%, my internet lag on my pc only, and boot up and login times are beyond a lot longer, ive started to play my tablet, or watch anime on my tablet while waiting for my machine to boot up, sometimes i have shut it down and reboot it, because it like freezes mid boot.

Ive tried a lot of common solutions, they have helped make my machine usable enough to be able to post this, but not do anything i want or need to do.

all my parts are pretty much new (bought within the last 2-3 years) except my MB and Ram, which are about 4-5yo but in good condition.

Biostar xtreme edition MB
nvidia gtx 970 4gb gddr5
amd fx 8350 8 core 4.ghz not over clocked and water cooled

Any help is welcomed, i am about to give up curl up in the corner and cry

Check your disk/s, those symptoms look like disk problems.
Could be malware too.

its not malware, because i did scans with like 4-10 different free anti-virus and anti-malware

As for disk problems, the disk is practically brand new, and my storage hard drive that i have had for longer has the same issues, but its not doing anything unless i use it
