When I record my videos, I have to use borderless gaming, and sizer to make my game at 1920 x 1080. And its annoying having to do that all the time, so I was wondering if there is a way I could make my lg ultrawide have black bars on the side, so that my computer res is 1920 x 1080. But its on a lg ultrawide. And its not as simple as changing my res on windows, that just makes it zoomed in and stretched. I need black bars on the side. I have AMD graphics card and cpu. With the latest driver. Please do not give me a link to another thread, they most likely won't have the new driver, that has the new amd catalyst which looks totally different then the old one.

Solution
Check your monitor's settings.
There should be an input option to map pixels 1:1 which will result in the black bars and correct aspect ratio that you are seeking.
