There is problem with my pc. I keep getting weird shapes and colours around me that aren't suposed to be there. They work very strange, once i look away from the shapes - there gone. Once I look back again their still there (this if from a game perspective, not irl) These shapes are not just in GTA, there also in CS:GO and other games. The more demanding the game is the more likely it will give me those weird shapes.
