is there a need to install windows 10 if you already have windows server 2016

I am new to servers. Can someone please tell me if all the functions of windows 8 or 10 can be done on windows server 2016

I believe most of the features of desktop Windows are included in Server.

However, you should absolutely not be sitting in front of a Server box and using it as your desktop machine. This is a recipe for performance and security nightmares.
