Can you please provide more information about your PC? Regarding that issue, it has been a known issue with Windows 10 where FPS will just drop but do try to install the latest graphics card driver that may help.

Do also run Windows Update and install all updates available that may help.

Motherbourd sabertooth 990fx r2.0 with the latest bios, amd 8350 set by motherbourd stock@ 4.376. Cool and quiet turned off and 12 gb corsair vengeance ram 1600mhz. corsair 250 gb ssd with second hd seagate barracuda 7200 rpm for games but i have added games to my ssd thinking it could be my hard drive but still haveing the same issues
