Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex drive not recognized by Windows 10

Just got a new Dell 9020 Micro with Windows 10, everything working great, but it doesn't recognize my Seagate FreeAgent external storage device. I've checked the USB ports and they recognize other USB drives like SanDisk thumb drives. The Seagate device shows up in the device manager utility, but doesn't appear in the explorer windows like other USB drives. Help!

Also please do try to install GoFlex Software that may help you detect your external drive.
