Service Host: DCOM Server Proc High CPU/SVCHOST.EXE

Hello. I currently am running Windows 10 and been having problems with high CPU background processes. Was wondering if someone could help find the issue. The process is SVCHost.exe and I have ran malwarebytes and Bitdefender to no avail. The process will shoot from around 10% cpu usage to 50% and sometimes higher. I was thinking of going back to Windows 7/8, but don't really want to go through all the trouble and lose all my files. Update: Just posted my computer setup on my profile.
