Price check on an fx 4300, cheap Asrock mobo and 8Gb cheap ram USED.

Hi guys, want to do a quick price check for a friend. He will be upgrading his main setup soon and selling me his old tech for my brothers gaming pc and my own OC practice and testing.

It has been under moderate use (gaming) for a few hours at a time most days for over a year, soon to be two.

No componenets have warranties anymore

It has been cleened every other week with compressed air

Original prices:
FX 4300: 80€
RAM: 50€
MOBO: 50€

His CPU has been OC to 4.2 Ghz with a decent cooler for all the time he hasowned it, however in his original attemps he pushed it higher, even trying for 4.8Ghz.

He has said he only wants 5-10€ for the CPU due to OC and no warranty, but I would like to know the value of the whole setup first.

I trust him and have inspected the hardware myself, it is all working fine.

So, what do you think? Before anyone tells me to go onto ebay, bear in mind that 1) no one on italian ebay gets it that pc parts depreciate over time, by a LOT, and hardware is originally much more expensive here than the US.
2) this hardware has been moderately overclocked
