Moving library with SSD and HDD

So i finished my first pc build and installed windows onto my SSD. My HDD didnt come in for a few days so i added it after and tried to move the library folders ex: documents, downloads, picture etc... and had trouble doing so. I tried going into the properties to change the location but some of my folders got messed up in the process. Is there any way to fix this without restoring and reinstalling windows?
I would post a picture showing the folders but I'm not sure how to do so on toms hardware.
