What is causing my start button and edge browser to keep having issues

Start menu and Windows apps will not open
I have reinstalled twice (clean install on formatted had)
They work for a few hours then cease to work
Could it be because I uninstall some Windows apps?

Go to the store, and update the apps. Sometimes that fixes the apps
