My 970 arrived this morning and It's awesome! It's powerful, quiet, and comes with the new Tomb Raider. For 1080p it's great. Dragon Age Inquisition runs at 60FPS on Ultra. Same with Witcher 3 with Hairworks turned off. I went for the MSI Gaming version. Recommend it.

Edit: You should definitely upgrade your PSU. I would recommend a 600-650W PSU but just make sure you get yourself a good Tier 1/2. As many people advised me in the past, I'll do the same for you. The PSU is the single most important component in your PC. Don't skimp on something that could kill your entire system.

AMD has their own equivalent of Shadow Play. They made a lot of improvements with Crimson.
