Why do i keep getting blue screen?

I have kept on getting blue screens for the past week, once I startup my computer, after 1 min it goes to a blue screen, it happend around 20 times yesterday and around 30 times today. Im giving up, and i dont feel like, the amount of time and money spent on this is worth it anymore.
My specs:
Cpu: i7-6700k
Motherboard: Asus z170-A
Ram: DDR4 4gbx4
Cooler: Kraken x61
GPU: GTX 960 4gb
Power: Corsair CX 750M

I really need help on this, as it has been on my nerves the past few days. I have installed windows 10 numerous times on my system so far, and followed every step of every error that comes up.

This is what I have gotten so far

Could have bad ram. I would test it with memtest

Half way through the memtest "2/4" pass, I got 972 errors

That could be the prob its faulty and needs replacing if you know what stick it is (if you've got more than 1 stick)

the memory dump associated with this bugcheck might list the driver that is causing problems:
"Driver overrun stack buffer"

I an not sure which one it is, so I'm gonna send all of them in for reparation. Since it's only like a week old
