Is 9.5ms response time ok for 4k 60hz hdmi2 tv?

yes thanks Suzuki, i thought it was fast too. I'm not really sure that tv is so cheap for 4k I also really struggle to believe it is truly 60hz when it also runs at 60hz for 1080 resolution (not 120hz or something).

Cheers, I am currently using an old 42" samsung plasma which quite honestly is still going strong.

I am considering going a bit bigger ~48"-55" and 4k but only if it has HDMI 2.0 (which is often hard to find out).

That's possible, I know they only did that to 2015 models, and they never confirmed officially that was thye case with all the 2015 models of various brands. They sort of left us guessing, probably because they're implementing it in newer models and want people to pay a premium, wouldn't surprise me. The HDR compatible TV's are going to sky rocket as soon as 4kUHD blu rays get released to consumers.
