ok guys i have question i have dell laptop and it has in build apps so which can i delete this is apps http://prntscr.com/9uopu1 so i think i should not delete dell product registration but which ones can i delete or which one ? can you tell me what programs can do i dont need backup shoud l remove dell back up ?

You can delete everything since they are just utility programs and you its highly unlikely you will use any of them. Keep the registration howver just in case.

Nah you won't need anything, they have everything in their website in case you ever need it.
