extend desktop and also span with 3 monitors

looks like there are some similar question, but not sure if my situation was already asked/answered.

I have one PC with windows 7, Geforce 750 Ti GTX GPU with 3 digital display out (hdmi, dvi, and display port).

I want to have my desktop show on monitor 1 and 2. And then I want monitor 3 to be an extension of monitor 2 only, so I can use monitor 2 and 3 as "dual displays" where desktop is on monitor 2 and I can use monitor 3 as "extra space" to do work on.


Reason = Monitor 1 is upstairs and will be used mainly. Monitor 2 and 3 are both downstairs, sitting next to each other.

As far as I know, there is no way to currently do that with Windows.
You either mirror all displays or extend across all of them.
Unless there are some 3rd party tools out there that can do the job.
