i have laptop dell inspiron 15 when i open pes 13 this massage appear this computer does not meet the minimum requirements to run this software
but i have it ! how it ?
i install win 10 but when i used win 8 the game open easily

Probably confliect with win 10 itself? Have you tried running using compatibility mode?
