Installing new os uefi on a new custom built pc

My PC Build is :
Motherboard: MSi H81m-P33
CPU: Intel i3-4170
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Blue (2x4gb)
Graphics Card: Palit GTX 960 Jetstream
PSU: Corsair 500w

If i install windows 10 on my pc on uefi mode do i have to install it first in the legacy or can i install it directly to the uefi?
