I have a budget of Rs 8000 (120 $)

what should i get either a Cpu and GPU combination OR should i buy an amd's APU?

what is better: AMD Apu A87600 OR Nvidia Gt 730 with Intel Pentium G3240 for gaming?

The pentium with the 730 will likely be better.

The 7600 graphics is a lot worse than even the old 6750

I would suggest saving a little more money for a GTX 750
