Current Best Z170 Motherboard ?

I'm looking for new gaming Z170 Mobo for I7 6700k, but cant decided which one to go.
Have been searching for awhile and see this site:

Is it the good site? What Mobo should i get? My Budget is around 200 300$. I do OC and Gaming the most.
According to that site with my budget, it seem like the Asrock Extreme7+ is the best one overall
What about the Asus Maximus VIII Hero (popular but Newegg bad review with issues) or GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-Gaming GT (haven't search for it yet)

Any suggestion would be very appreciated.

First, ask yourself how much you are going to overclock.

If you are going for a mild overclock, perhaps 4.5 Ghz a ASUS Z170-A is an excellent choice. Even up to 4.6 Ghz should be easy.

If you are going for 4.7 Ghz or higher the ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K6+ is an amazing choice.

Yes im going for 4.7 Ghz and higher. I just want a solid and best Mobo for Gaming.
