I would lower the price of your CPU. Mainly because, right after you purchase and item, whether it's unboxed or not, it loses about 1 third of it's value just because it's not 'new'. Since the i7-3970k is sold out everywhere, and I'm not even sure they make them anymore, it's not THAT bad, but the i7-4790k is the best i7 on the market for gaming ATM and it's cheaper than what you're selling, plus it's new. As for your GPU's, they are good priced. They are pretty beastly cards for when they were made, and are still kicking butt.

The CPU is Sandy Bridge-Extreme 6 core CPU. They had a retail of $1,000 and currently sell used on ebay above my asking price.

These are better than the intel i7-4790k 4 core CPU for multithreaded apps and are perfect for gamers who edit media/youtube. These have killer l3 cache per core make it worth every penny of $350~ As a bonus this CPU/chipset rocks PCI-e x16/x16 SLI and can do 4 way SLI.
