I install an extra ram for my laptop, afterwards I've noticed that it's sound has muted or didn't work when i examined it. Is

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, unplug the power cord then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Boot your PC back up then test if you'll get the sound back.
- If these doesn't work uninstall/reinstall the sound card driver from Device Manager.
- Once uninstalled reboot your laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- If it doesn't reinstall by itself, download and install it from the manufacturers site.
- If all these doesn't work do remove the added RAM first then see if it's really the cause of the problem.
- Your last option would be to reinstall Windows 10 if all these will not work.
