Green and red dot screen appeared on my laptop screen

Hello guys,last month.i sent my laptop to shop to change my broken screen.Everything was fine until one day i noticed there's a green and red dot screen appeared on my laptop screen,its really disturb me when i watching video and playing games.it was disappeared yesterday but suddenly it appeared back today.is there any fix to remove the green and dot screen?it's really bother my eyes so much

Sounds like you have stuck pixels. You might be able to run a program that will fix those.

how do i use that program?

Just click on the Launch Screen Fix button and drag the box over the stuck pixels. Let it run for about ten minutes, and hopefully, it will take care of the problem.
