Solution
Hi,

Is you PC overclocked? Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall your graphics card driver.
- Check Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to your graphics card.
- Next is to download and install the latest graphics card driver from the manufacturers site.
- NVIDIA: nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
- AMD: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Once installed reboot your PC for all the changes to take effect.
- After the reboot make sure to set your graphics card as the default card.

Hopefully this will solve the problem. :)
