Im really not professional at this and i like to ask for some advice before buying anything.

So my setup will looks like this

Mobo -ASUS Z97-K
CPU - Intel CoreI7 4790K 4ghz
VGA - GIGABYTE GV-N970G1 GAMING-4GD GTX970 4GB
CPU Cooler - CoolerMaster HYPER 212 EVO
RAM - 2x 8gb Hyperx Predator X @ 2133mhz
SSD - Samsung EVO 840 500gb
PSU - CHIEFTEC GPS-650A8 650W

Thanks in advance.

PS.: I dont plan to add another card or overclocking the CPU at all. in the future.

Hi - Yes, the Chieftec GPS 650 has more than enough power for your setup. Altho not a top tier
PSU, your rig with a gtx 970 requires 28 +12v amps, and the GPS 650 is rated to deliver up to 50 +12v amps.
It does have only 2 pcie connectors, so you are limited to one gtx 970 (without using adapters)
