Have you tried using a different headset or a speaker maybe? Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First do uninstall/reinstall the sound card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Sound driver.
- Next is to download and install the sound driver from the manufacturers site.
- Once done do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If these doesn't work do download and install the Logitech G430 firmware update.

- Reboot your PC once the latest firmware has been installed.
- If these doesn't work do uninstall the Logitech Gaming Software if you have one installed and reinstall it.
