windows 10 error 0xC004C003

Installed a new windows 10 usb on my first build. It wouldntl let me do the upgrade on this new build so I tried the advance set up which worked but it won't let me type in my activation key and now says windows isn't activated and that my key I have won't work and gives me the error code 0xC004C003. Any ideas?

According to this it cant be used to activate

If you've got Win7 or 8 you may have to install then update them first then upgrade, then you can do a clean install of 10. As long as Win7 or 8 activates, it should activate, if you do a clean install of Win10

I bought it from amazon,ca and what is the full 800... from online I can't find much other than some people saying you have to wait and windows will auto recognize it but idk if that allies to my situation
