I need help badly, at first I thought I had downloaded a virus yet after many attempts to run as many anti-viruses and anti-malaware programs the issue has not been resolved. I uninstalled the Intel hd graphics drive and when I rebooted my entire system ran as if the hardware I had was from 05. I don't know what to do, my rig failed the intel processor test and I am getting seriously angry. Intel specs below and rig info here - I74790k, GTX 970, GA-H97-HD3 16gb of 1600 ram ddr3, and Corsair CX Series 750 Watt. I am running low powered games at less than 30 fps

First, upgrade your BIOS to ver. F8 (better CPU compatibility).

Second: Your CPU is overheating. I assume you're using the stock cooler, since you didn't list one, which is fine. But you need to check the cooler mounting and re-apply thermal paste (remember, less is more). Carefully clean off the old thermal paste and re-apply some fresh (search youtube videos for proper technique/amount).

Yea at this point I'm assuming the same, getting a water cooler fan today, Idle temps were at 80-90.
