TC: Rainbowsix Siege Black Screen Frozen/Crashed Start-up/

I have to start this game 4-5 times each time I want to play it because all I see is black screen and nothing happening, which causes me to force shut down, it also happens if I close the game hitting exit within the game, I have to alt-tab out then close it from the tray. My solution to this was to make it windowed border-less, so far since I wrote this it has not crashed, so all of this occurs when that game goes into Full-screen, safe to assume other games will do the same.

What could cause this?

I have Driver Booster 3, that is how I get all my drivers. (Mentioning this in case there is a 'check drivers' comment)

so far it only has happend with Siege/APB reloaded/Skyrim/AC so big open world games or that require a lot of graphic, I just ended up buying a GeForce GTX 950. no issues so far.

when closing siege I had it happen again, screen black. so I updated my BIOS from ver 404 to 414 so, later on I will report if this fixed the issue.

As long as I play the game in borderless window-mode it works just fine but when I use fullscreen and try to start the game there´s just a kinda black-ish screen (more gray than black) and then everything is like frozen I can type whatever I want into the keyboard but nothing happens so I have to force shutdown my pc and I´ve done this so many times now (can multiple force shutdowns damage my pc?),so apart from this question my question is does somebody know how to fix this crash/freeze startup thing ?

Hello, yes it can potentially damage your computer to force shut down it, specially if its a lot,. 1 of my rams stopped functioning due to this. So far, I switch Graphics card and it still did it, I have updated BIOS and will update on this if it stopped doing so.

However, restart your PC and get into your BIOS, verify what version it is. Then google your MoBo with the model and verify the last known BIOS update created. Mine was at 4.0.4 and the last update was 4.1.4. So it was out of date and it could of been the reason it crashed.

same happen to me, So far the possible things I can think of are the programs used to run it like Direct X and such.
