CPU good for streaming? The more opinions the better

Is this cpu good for streaming? (Do not recommend other cpu cause i already have this one. )

Games like Battlefield 3, 4 and Skyrim.

Fx 6300. Not at default speed but at 4.3ghz. (35mbps down speed and upload about 3mbps)

Im running with an r9 280x.

Why would you ask in title for CPU recommendations when in actual post you say "(Do not recommend other cpu cause i already have this one. )"
? And yes, the FX6300 is ok for streaming but far from being at the top of the list.

recommendations and opinions are not the same thing...

But why would you want opinions when your not going to get a different CPU? Stream performance on a 1-10 scale? I would say 6-7. But a lot depends on your internet speed as well.

3mbps is ok for streaming assuming it's a constant speed and does not drop. More would be better of course but you should still be fine.

And stream with what settings? 720, 1080, 30fps, 60fps??

It depends on what streaming software are you using. Find something that is balanced between quality and performance. I can not recommend any software since I am not streaming and was never interested.
