I successfully migrated my W10 to a Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD.
Afterwards I thought to create a recovery USB drive for this installation.
The command fails, however, complaining it can't create the drive because of missing System Files.
I have the old HDD around with its recovery partition, and indeed the entire old system partition and all.
What's the easiest way to proceed.

A recovery drive cannot be created.
Certain necessary files are missing. Use the installation disc to troubleshoot boot problems.
