Not planning to overclock GPU/CPU

Price between these 2 graphics are 30$ in my country. I really need some help. Also is it worth buying instead of z97 msi pc mate ga-z97-d3h, I'm not planning to do overclocking, maybe after some years to buy more ram, GTX 980 and i7 4790 Thanks for your help in forward.

You won't really get much of a difference so it's just preference on whichever you like best. Check out the features. You might get a bit better cooling with the G1 Gaming version. You can also get away with a 500W PSU (make sure it's a decent one). If you're going with an I5-4460 CPU and aren't planning on overclocking, you really don't need a fancy motherboard. You can get away with a B85 chipset board or something.

Thank you, but I'm looking for Motherboard which is very good and I want it to have HDMI output. I would like to get that GTX 960 OC edition because it's cheaper and Z97 MSI, I just want to make sure that I will not have troubles with temperatures and you know heating. I just want this PC for gaming. so this is good PC ?
GTX 960 OC 2gb
PSu 600W
HDD 500GB
Ram 8 GB
i5 4460 3.2ghz
Z97 MSI PC mate

I won't have troubles with that and it would cost me around 500-520€ and sure to have let's say future, to buy in couple years GTX 980/970 and I7 4790, is that possible?

You won't need an HDMI output on the motherboard because you'll be using the GPUs video ports. But if you're happy with everything, go for it. It'll all work together just fine.

Go with the Z97 if you are planning on upgrading to the I7 & GTX 980/970. Might as well get a K series CPU though so you'll have the ability to overclock it.
