Use Desktop as External GPU over Thunderbolt 3

Hi All,

This is a possibility question. I have seen a lot of articles from CES about products like Razer's New Blade Stealth that have a Thunderbolt 3 connector in order to support external graphics boxes. But we already have boxes with full-sized graphics cards. We call them desktops!

Can anyone think of a way to plug in a normal desktop over Thunderbolt 3, and then use it as an external graphics box? It only seems like a natural progression. I know you'd need Thunderbolt 3 on the desktop, but there are already four motherboards with Thudnerbolt 3 certification, and the LIST is growing. Thoughts?
