Brand New HP Notebook how to set up windows 10

I have a brand New HP Notebook. right out of the box, i plugged it in and tried to setup the windows 10. it keeps on going back to where you choose what operating system to run.. i click that and it goes to restart and then comes back to choosing.. i cant get further than that.. What can I do?

Can you please pass on your laptop's model number? Does it come pre-installed with a Windows OS? Have you followed through with this guide while creating a bootable UBS installer and this guide to perform your installation?
