Triple monitors, How to play games in 5760x1080

I have 2 monitors hooked up to my gpu ( gtx 970 ) and 1 monitor hooked up to my mobo ( msi z97 gaming 5) and I want to play games running at 5760x1080 but nvidia surround only detects the monitors hooked up to the gpu and not the gpu and mobo. Also all monitors are the same refresh rate.

You need to hook up all 3 monitors to the 970.
