3D Motion Blur-like colours on monitor screen?

Hey guys I have a problem with my new computer and monitor.
Whenever I play games or watch videos I see these red-ish blue on the edges of things when there's a sudden movement in the game or video?

Not quite sure of how to describe it because I've never had this problem before.
Here's some example pictures that I took with my phone because I tried taking it in-game but the game's graphic seems to be fine, so I'm guessing it has something to do with my monitor? (BenQ GW2270)

Take a look at this colours of these pictures when I move the mouse.
The colours seems to go off and make it look like its in 3D

I have no clue what this is and how to fix this, help is very much appreciated.

Do you have nvidia video card?
It has a mode called 3D Vision discover. You can view 3d content with special blue/red glasses.

Just turn 3D mode off in Nvidia control panel.

Yes. I do have Nvidia.
Don't know how to turn it off though...
There's a lot of options in the control pannel.
Can you please be more specific as to which one I turn off?

yeah it looks like anaglyph 3d is on for some reason. you can disable it either in the games settings if the game natively supports it, or in the nvidia control panel(right click desktop to find it). if you have an amd card, im unfamiliar with crimson but you will likely find it somewhere in its settings as well.

i have no idea how it just gets turned on somehow. this happened to me awhile back with fallout 4. i exited the game, browsed the internet until my sister was ready for me to broadcast through steam, and when i booted the game again it was in anaglyph for some reason.

in the task list to the left there is a catagory "stereoscopic 3d", choose "set up stereoscopic 3d". then on the right, at the top, uncheck enable stereoscopic 3d".

Sadly it shows that stereoscopic 3d is not even enable... The top right says "Restore Default"
The enabling is below "Apply the following steroscopic 3D settings" for some reason.
However it is not enabled.

That's what I thought but it doesn't seem like it because ther drag like a Desktop Icon around my screen it happens

i think we're up the wrong tree here then, and its something else. im unsure what though.
